8.2 Infocus Resources makes no guarantees regarding the availability, duration, or conditions of any placements. The final decision on suitability for roles lies with the client and is based on individual client requirements.

9. Updates to Terms and Conditions

Infocus Resources reserves the right to update these terms and conditions periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any such updates will be posted on our website, and continued registration with Infocus Resources constitutes acceptance of these changes.
