Delivered largest self-delivery package to date – circa £1m on Parkhead Viaduct, a Brunel structure and heritage site.

Plant & Equipment Hire
Added plant and equipment hire to strengthen self-delivery capability across construction and infrastructure projects.

Network Rail
Achieved preferred supplier status directly with Network Rail.
Significant Expansion

Vehicle Hire & Wellbeing Commitment
Launched vehicle hire services to support logistics and mobility.
Recruitment
Recruitment focused on ex-military personnel. Introduced on-site mental health champions and wellbeing training.
Open Sheffield office
Delivering to 10+ principal contractors.
Supplying on labour frameworks.
Resource Management System
Developed internal bespoke Resource Management System covering compliance and commercial aspects on a significant database of resource, deploying over 500 tradespeople daily on infrastructure projects.
Self-Delivery Projects
& Minor Works Launch
Broadened service offering to include self-delivered project and minor works packages, embedding safety, quality and compliance across all operations.
Major projects
Supplied significant numbers of personnel on major projects such as the London Overground Capacity Improvement Programme and the Great Western Electrification Project – 400+ people deployed daily.
Rail & civils entry
Entered the UK rail and civil engineering sectors, providing safety-critical and skilled trades for national infrastructure programmes.
RISQS accreditation.
Infocus Resources established
Shifted focus to UK infrastructure and construction recruitment, supplying skilled and compliant contingent labour to Tier 2 and Principal Contractors.
International Expansion
Introduced international recruitment and resourcing services, specialising in the extractives and natural resources sectors.
Assessment programmes
Designing and delivering senior-level learning and development and assessment programmes internationally to leading global organisations, including Unilever and Heinz.
Going global
Bespoke learning and development programmes to develop workforce competency and leadership.

UK Based Training
& Development Established
Infocus Limited established as a UK-based training and development provider.
