Commercial Fleet offering

Grows to over 50 vehicles, supplying infrastructure clients.

Manchester office opens

Opened northern office in Manchester.

Largest self-delivery package

Delivered largest self-delivery package to date – circa £1m on Parkhead Viaduct, a Brunel structure and heritage site.

ISO Certified for Quality and Safety

ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001, RISQS, Achilles UVDB, SSIP and Constructionline Gold accreditation.

2019

Plant & Equipment Hire

Added plant and equipment hire to strengthen self-delivery capability across construction and infrastructure projects.

Public Services

Supported schools and public services with self-delivered project works.

Network Rail

Achieved preferred supplier status directly with Network Rail.

2018

Significant Expansion

Significant expansion into the Midlands on a £1.35 billion Light Rail project, deploying civils and trades teams and delivering minor works projects.

2017

Vehicle Hire & Wellbeing Commitment

Launched vehicle hire services to support logistics and mobility.

Recruitment

Recruitment focused on ex-military personnel. Introduced on-site mental health champions and wellbeing training.

2016

Open Sheffield office

Delivering to 10+ principal contractors.
Supplying on labour frameworks.

Resource Management System

Developed internal bespoke Resource Management System covering compliance and commercial aspects on a significant database of resource, deploying over 500 tradespeople daily on infrastructure projects.

2015

Self-Delivery Projects
& Minor Works Launch

Broadened service offering to include self-delivered project and minor works packages, embedding safety, quality and compliance across all operations.

2014

Major projects

Supplied significant numbers of personnel on major projects such as the London Overground Capacity Improvement Programme and the Great Western Electrification Project – 400+ people deployed daily.

2013

Rail & civils entry

Entered the UK rail and civil engineering sectors, providing safety-critical and skilled trades for national infrastructure programmes.

RISQS accreditation.

2012

Infocus Resources established

Shifted focus to UK infrastructure and construction recruitment, supplying skilled and compliant contingent labour to Tier 2 and Principal Contractors.

2009

International Expansion

Introduced international recruitment and resourcing services, specialising in the extractives and natural resources sectors.

2000

Assessment programmes

Designing and delivering senior-level learning and development and assessment programmes internationally to leading global organisations, including Unilever and Heinz.

1997

Going global

Bespoke learning and development programmes to develop workforce competency and leadership.

Key clients: Rolls-Royce, Cazenove, Marconi, Pitney Bowes, HJ Heinz and Unilever.

UK Based Training
& Development Established

Infocus Limited established as a UK-based training and development provider.

– General management and business finance training.

Emerged from: Management Games Limited and Simulation Training Associates Limited.
